To ensure fairness to all our clients, arriving late may result in a shorter treatment duration to accommodate subsequent appointments. Please note that you will be billed for the originally scheduled appointment length, regardless of your arrival time.

Cancellations/No-Shows

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. A fee may apply for late cancellations.
